Synopsis[]
We're joined by Adam Gertler (FX Movie Download) to talk about his role as wurstmacher for Dog Haus restaurants and to taste test his recipes. Plus, we go through the snacklog and taste test a various assortment of items.
The Sausagelog[]
First, Adam Gertler, a sausagemaker, brings three of his sausages for The Doughboys to taste: a classic beef dog, a Brat, and a special item, the T-Mex.
They don't rate them because The Doughboys can't be bought, but Nick and Mitch did love all three.
The Snacklog[]
Every once in awhile, the Doughboys run through their Snacklog, sampling their backlog of snacks that they've acquired or been gifted for the show, but not yet tried. They've done this two previous times (with The Knife 🔪 and Molasses Boy).
The Snacklog is sort of an extended Snack or Wack, and in theory, they rate everything 'good' or 'bad.' However, sometimes they move through the snacks too quickly for official verdicts.
