Mitch and Wiger chat with Joe Quasarano, who, as a 19-year-old college dropout, got a job as the first cook at the first ever Domino's Pizza. But first, the 'boys discuss the new Cheetos pop-up restaurant in NYC.

The Spotted Cheetah
During the week of this episode, The Spotted Cheetah opened in New York City by chef Anne Burrell. The Spotted Cheetah was a Cheetos-brand pop-up restaurant, no less; it was only open for three days in 2017.
The Doughboys did not go to the restaurant, but both felt it was right up the alley of their podcast to take a look at its menu, so Nick read it out loud, and they discuss. Both really like the idea of these food items, and wish it were closer to LA.
Here is a list of the menu items that were available:

They then each pick three items they want to try.
Nick chooses the Fried Pickles, Chicken Tacos, and the Crepe.
Mitch would choose the Meatballs, Mac & Cheese, and the Cheesecake.
The First Domino's[]
In this segment, Nick and Mitch interview Joe Quasarano, who was the first pizza cook at the first Domino's Pizza. He tells the stories about how he got hired, and working there when it was but a simple college pizzeria. To Mitch's great enjoyment, Joe had lived in Quincy for a couple years.
Nick and Mitch offer to buy Joe a Domino's pizza, but he turns them down.
