In Surprise Rise, Joe surprises his guests with a second baked good!

Unfortunately, Joe spills his cupcakes on the floor.

Fortunately, Santa then shows up to save Christmas!

Joe's surprise for this episode was a chocolate cake with cream-cheese icing. It was from a recipe called "Best-Ever Chocolate Cake" via Better Homes and Gardens Baking Cookbook.
