They also contemplate whether adding whipped cream or mixing in "debris" is worth it. They don't actually eat or sample any shakes directly for this episode, but they do close by creating their Mount Shakemore of their four favorite shakes.
(They had previously flirted with doing a Mt. Shakemore way back in episode 30, but abandoned it without clear definitions about what to include.)
