The episode begins with Mr. Slice having made a bar pizza for Nick, the reward for their first in-person record in around sixteen months. Not wanting the pizza to get cold, they almost immediately try the pizza.
Nick loved it, and Mitch explains in more detail his pizza-making process, which he had perfected as his pandemic pastime.
After trying the first bar pizza, Mr. Slice makes a second one live during the record. They invite Evan Susser to come over and try it, and he heads to Mitch's right away. He meets Matt Mazany outside and they come in and try a slice.
Mitch has Nick, Matt, and Susser rate the pizza, as well.
