The first ever guest for Doughboys, Eva Anderson (You're The Worst), returns to share her stories about competitive baking and to compete alongside Nick & Mitch in our second annual Mash-Off.
Mash-Off 2: The New Batch 🥔[]
As they did the year before with Mike Hanford, The Doughboys have a mini-Thanksgiving dinner.
The first Mash-Off was focused on mashed potatoes, but this year, they make a greater variety of dishes: Mitch made stuffing, Nick brought Adams' Apple Mashed Potatoes (a Guy Fieri recipe), and Eva brought a Pan-Fried Onion Dip (via Barefoot Contessa).
Nick and Eva also baked desserts. Nick made a crustless cranberry pie and Eva made a Milk Bar Pie (aka. crack pie) (via the Momofuku Milk Bar).
This was not a competition nor ranking, in the spirit of Thanksgiving (but Eva's dishes were the best).
