Amelia's Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
As they discovered in this episode, Emma and Amelia love pumpkin seeds. Mitch found this kind of amazing, so they dedicated an episode to them. Zach and Nick seem to like seeds, but are generally neutral. They sort of figure it's a girl thing.
Amelia made some homemade pumpkin seeds. Here's the recipe she shared: "half of the pumpkin seeds were seasoned with salt, pepper, paprika, and a touch of garlic powder (this was the fan favorite). the other half was everything but the bagel seasoning. roast at 350 until golden brown!" (Olive oil was also used. The Everything but the Bagel seasoning came from Trader Joe's.)
It seems like everyone preferred the paprika/garlic seasoning, but did enjoy both. They feel closer to God when eating them. Hats off to Amelia.
