In other countries around the world, McDonald's have unique local menu items. Recently, a few of them were added for a short time to American restaurants as part of a "Worldwide Favorites Menu."
The four items were Cheesy Bacon Fries (from Australia), Stroopwafel McFlurry (from The Netherlands), Tomato Mozzarella Chicken Sandwich (from Canada), and the Grand McExtreme Bacon Burger (from Spain).
They didn't rate them exactly, but discussed their opinions of each, and did mention their ordered preferences of the four items.

Fourth of July Movie Rushmore[]
For to celebrate the Fourth of July, The Doughboys next offer their Mount Rushmore of films about the holiday/America/summer holiday release date/whatever. Instead of each having their own top-4, they each just nominate relevant movies.
From all their choices, they appear to settle on their final Mount Rushmore on having the Scary Movie mask, Cartman, Skeletor, Bruce the Shark, and Will Smith on it.
