In the first round match-up between two pizza chains with different price points, California Pizza Kitchen lost to Costco. This moved CPK into the Fat Chance Kitchen Semifinals where it competed against the other three losers of the first round. However, CPK did win, and survived into the Fat Chance Kitchen Finals. There it faced off with the two losers of the Semifinals, but came in third, and was eliminated from The Slice is Right.

In the 2016 Doughlympics: Frozen Face/Off competition, the CPK Margherita Crispy Flatbread came in second place. [ep. 65]
