Former intern and now Production Coordinator for Feral Audio Yusong Liu returns to the podcast as Mitch and Wiger answer listener questions in a supersized edition of the Feedbag.

Biggie Feedbag[]

Hey guys, I would like to know your opinions on hot dogs as a breakfast food. In order to answer this, I've found you really have to draw a hard line as to what constitutes a breakfast sausage and when they're appropriate to eat. Hope you're all doing well!

–Madison McCauley

If each of you could sincerely pick a tattoo for the other, what would it be? Thanks, love the show and also Burger Brigade will win.

–DartSpieg

What are the best and worst foods you've eaten while dieting?

–Colin Bunnell

I was at the San Francisco Taco Bell show and I almost asked this question but I didn't jump up quite quick enough. In that show, you guys talked about different tortilla textures at different Mexican chains and it made me think of Amtrak cheeseburgers. In the Amtrak snack car, they serve these pre-made cheeseburgers that come in a little plastic pouch. They microwave the whole thing in that pouch, so when the burger is served, the bun is a totally fucked-up chewy sponge texture. It is objectively bad and a bun should definitely should not be that way, but I definitely found I liked it and ordered the cheeseburger multiple times to experience that texture. Do you have any fave foods that some establishments make the wrong way but you like it anyways.

–Lucas Smith

Two Questions -

Nick, if you could rewrite any musical and make it about food, which one would it be?

Mitch, if you had Tom Brady over for dinner, what would you cook him?

–Eric Bartolotta

Any opinion on live music while eating at fast casual places? Potbelly's (a somewhat national sandwich chain) occasionally has live music acts and it 100% ruins my meal.

–Michael Bender

I recently found a strip mall near my work that has many of my favorite chains all accessible in one parking lot (Culvers, Steak N Shake, Chipotle, Jimmy Johns, and a Portillos near by). If you could design a strip mall with your favorite chains, what would be in it?

–Jack Egeling

Hey Nick and Mitch, I just turned 21 in December. In the past couple of months, I've quit drinking entirely. I'm generally pretty happy with that life decision and have no intention of picking drinking back up any time soon. However, I've experienced quite a bit of social blowback since I stopped drinking. It seems to make a lot of my friends and peers angry when they hear that I don't drink anymore and consequently, they no longer ask me to hang. When I do go out with them, I usually stick to water or club soda but that just opens me up to more unnecessary judgment. Plus, paying four dollars for seltzer sucks. Got any tips for maintaining a social life without drinking? Is it still worth it to hang out in bars? What should I order when I go out? How do I keep everyone off my case?

–Steven Ferda

Hey guys! Just wondering what you do outside of the podcast if you encounter a truly terrible meal at a restaurant. Do you send it back? Do you eat it anyways and complain the entire meal forcing your dining companion to feel awkward? If you send it back, what are your tactics?

–Han Huynh

What are your guys' go to roadtrip songs?

–Michael Carlson

In the words of Buster Poindexter, this summer looks like it will be 'hot hot hot' in Southern California. What foods do you like to eat when its unbearably hot?

–Mark Garcia

Quotes[]

When I would put a sock on the door, it meant that I was attempting to use the toilet for the first time.

–Nick Wiger

I guess canonically now he's in your circle of friends.
