The 7/11 Challenge is when, on July 11, the Doughboys each have a budget of $7.11 and go spend it at 7-Eleven. This will surely become an annual celebration. (It does not. -ed.)
The other rule is a ban on asking for prices, so they have to just try their best to get as many as items as possible.
Susser was not on the show, but he texted his purchase to Mitch.
